This was a great place to chat with a loved one and everyone here was very respectful and professional I appreciate places like this that exist and at first I just hit 4 stars but with in minutes I had a response from a great human and that told me to reiterate my review to reflect how I really feel today. We got there at close to closing, as we had been shopping all day and needed supper. I had told my bf how great Papa Ginos was and if it's open we need to go. (We are from Canada, but Papa Ginos has always been a stop in my visits) The lady working was soo friendly and turned out a pizza quickly. Crust was amazing, as was the sauce. Toppings were slightly space but over all an amazing pizza. Thanks for the great pizza and service
We love Papa Gino's! You just can't beat their prices and the food is always consistent. Our go-to order for a family of 5 usually consists of pizza, wings, fingers, cheese bread sticks, fries and mozzarella sticks. Bonus that you can earn redeemable rewards! Michael is a great delivery driver and there is a lovely woman whose name I didn't catch that my kids absolutely adore. Both drivers are always friendly and on time, delivering with care. Been coming to Papa Gino’s since I was a kid! Sadly, the Bedford location I used to frequent closed years ago, but I have one in Burlington that’s close to where I live! Food is always tasty and hot, employees and drivers I’ve interacted with are always friendly! There’s a reason they’re the unofficial pizza of New England!
Food was great. Hot & fresh, & perfectly met my order exactly as I asked. Ellen was my DRIVER so it goes without out saying, that was perfect. Always goes the extra distance to ensure the hot stuff stays hot, cold stays perfectly cold. Never any spillage, never any packages crushed or torn. Courtesy, professional, friendly and superbly helpful. Simply CAN'T GET better service ANYWHERE.
We order from Papa Gino's more than I care to admit! My 3yo is always asking for "chicken french fries". We always get the Papa Basket. Its both of my kids' favorite chicken! Best pizza and best service. Michael delivers to us alllll the time. In the summer he comes right to our backyard cause we are in the pool. One time he even left the pizza inside my mud room so the rain didn't get on it. I was busy getting my kids into their pajamas and didn't answer my phone. Michael is great! And we love the Burlington Papa Gino's!!!
